Spares & Logistics Coordinator - Telecoms

We are looking for a responsible Co-ordinator to support the current team with managing the Locks, Keys, Signage (LKS) and Spares process, and manage the Company Accreditation for access to Telecoms sites.
**_ What are the main duties and Responsibilities? _**
As a Spares & Logistics Co-Ordinator your responsibilities would include working closely with the existing team and providing support and absence cover for the existing Co-Ordinator.
You will perform various tasks, for example, receiving deliveries to our stores, managing the stock levels, processing spares and LKS orders, dispatching spares, processing, along with other administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and issuing supplier purchase orders. You will be responsible for the daily monitoring of the project mailbox, responding to queries from all clients across the networks to provide information, support, or proof of deliveries.
You will also be responsible for the coordination of LKS logistics and reply to engineers and managers to confirm receipt or dispatch of LKS.
**_ Are there any other tasks expected of the Coordinator?_**
You will be required to update clients and provide reports where required. Process material and spares orders for our engineers, obtain quotes and raise supplier PO's along with management of the internal material and spares logistics, updating systems, clients and engineers on receipt and dispatch of material and spares whilst also creating & maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
The Coordinator will also manage Company & Engineer accreditation for access to Telecoms sites, working closely with the Field Supervisor and Ops Managers to make sure we are compliant and have adequate resource accredited.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Spares & Logistics Co-Ordinator duties are to ensure that all LKS, Spares or Accreditation activities are completed on time and within agreed budgets.
