Mitie Telecoms are now leading providers of acquisition, design and construction (ADC) services, specialist managed services of temporary mobile infrastructure, and facilities maintenance for telecoms.

The role of Reception/Office Coordinator is to provide strong administrative support to the business, with ownership of the reception duties and general office coordination at our Telecoms Head Quarters in Tewkesbury. You will be working closely with the Business Support team ensuring that key processes within the business are adhered to accompanied by a wide range of administrative duties across all departments.

**_ What are the key duties and responsibilities:_**

The role is an all encompassing function providing support, signposting or action on various business areas. It is a varied role, with no two days the same and can include responsibilities such as, but not exclusive to the following:

- Uniform ordering - new starters and current employees
- IT ordering - new starters and current employees
- Meeting Room management
- Car Park management
- Catering liaison for meetings
- Meeting/events prep
- Right To Work checks
- Stationary /Consumables management for the office
- POC for the building & facilities/maintenance works
- Reception responsibilities

Plus any other tasks as requested by your Line Manager or stated in the job description.

You would also have strong skills and demonstrable experience in the following?
- Good Planning and Organising skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Initiative
- Good IT skills, particularly when it comes to database management and spreadsheets
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Enjoys working collaboratively
- Motivated by challenge
- Culturally astute
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
