We currently service accounts across both the profit and cost sectors and our comprehensive network of depots enables us to successfully service clients from independent to national accounts level.
There are exciting and ambitious plans for growth and we are seeking to attract seasoned foodservice sales professionals to be part of this.

**THE ROLE**:
This role is an excellent opportunity to manage and develop an already established Sales team.
This will include all areas of sales including field sales, BDMs, Telesales and the line managers of these divisions.
The purpose of the role is to define and implement a sales strategy to support further sales growth.
This will include devising the structure of the sales team, recruiting for key positions, deciding on the target end user sectors, and initiating both retention/growth and new business plans.
This personal will be highly influential in motivating and training the team and be pivotal in supporting our 5 year growth plan.
Our customer base is established but varied encompassing all foodservice areas, including Hotel, Restaurant, leisure, education and healthcare accounts.
This is an exciting position within our company and an ideal opportunity for a driven Foodservice man manager who really wants to make a significant impact
