We specialise in organising unforgettable events, booked well in advance from our central sales office, ensuring our guests have an extraordinary experience every time. Our team are fun, personable, and passionate about creating memorable moments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales by promoting and selling our event packages to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prospecting to existing / new customers through telesales
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of organisational and multitasking skills.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences.
