Job Title: Sales Order Coordinator

Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales orders and customer interactions
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
