The Head of Partner Sales will be a driven, focused, and high impact Channel Sales Executive with a successful track record in the Technology services sector. We’re seeking a senior level individual with a commercial mindset, who is motivated by selling to and in partnership with Technology partners operating within the Data and Cloud spheres.

The role would be well suited to an individual who has experience enabling Tech Partner strategy with Sales, Marketing & Solutions delivery. You will also have a thorough understanding of Tech Partner programs and processes and be comfortable operating CxO level as well as working with partner sales teams to close new business.
**Note: This role can work from either our Leicester or Coventry offices on a hybrid basis with a minimum of one day per week spent in the office.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own the Calligo sales number for partner sales in your region
- Own and manage overall Calligo partner strategy and enablement under the guidance of the Regional Sales Leader
- Proven ability to mobilise, coordinate and orchestrate internal departments and resources to meet partner certification requirements and any other prerequisites they may have
- Manage key relationships between our Technology partners and Calligo’s Sales, Marketing, and Delivery organisations
- Maximise partner funding and related incentives
- Construct joint partner value propositions and ensure understanding among internal and partner field sales
- Working with channel partners in a land and expand approach to new territories
- Working with the office of the CTO to spot disrupters in the Cloud and Data marketplaces, selecting a number of these and developing incubation plans for the next generation of Technology companies
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Experience in alliance, partner management, or related roles; must have direct experience with managing partnerships. The following would be advantageous; Salesforce/Tableau, Snowflake, VMWare, Matillion, FiveTran, Alteryx, Amazon, Intel, Lenovo, Microsoft
- Self starter with excellent communication skills
- Thorough understanding of Tech Partner programs and processes
- Experience enabling Tech Partner strategy with Sales, Marketing & Solutions delivery
- Experience with sales or alliance operational software platforms (e.g. Dynamics, HubSpot, LinkedIn) a plus
- Tech Partners sales certification(s) a plus
- Availability to travel when required
