Trinity House Group are looking to recruit a talented Finance Business Partner for a large multi-site manufacturing business based in the Greater Leicester area and offering hybrid working.

This is a newly created high-profile opportunity reporting to a people focussed Head of Commercial Finance. You will work closely with multiple key stakeholders including Sales, Operations and Commercial teams to support all aspects of performance with afocus on driving improvements and increasing cost control.

The successful Finance Business Partner will have strong commercial finance skills, as well as a strong understanding of management / financial accounting to push the profitability of your business area to the next level. You will have an inquisitive mindsetwith the ability to challenge the status quo when required.

This role will suit either a Management Accountant OR Financial Accountant OR an ACA qualified Accountant from practice who’s keen to progress into a more commercial, value add role in a Finance Business Partner capacity.

**Finance Business Partner R esponsibilities**:

- Production of monthly management accounts with precise analysis and insights, including variance analysis and KPI’s
- Finance Business Partnering with operations and commercial team to drive business performance
- Responsibility for supporting the preparation of Forecasts & Budget for all elements of P&L
- Participating in regular review meetings onsite with all stakeholders and budget holders to manage costs and advise on performance
- Variance analysis and understanding with supporting commentaries and analysis
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, preparation and review to identify and eliminate risk
- Support and promote financial good practice training to Operational stakeholders on site
- Build key relationships with stakeholders at all levels throughout head office function and operational teams
- Create and drive commercial finance best practice

**Finance Business Partner Requirements**:
You will be / have:

- A team player with a good sense of self.
- The ability to challenge and influence senior management and team.
- A highly effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A newly qualified accountant - CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
- Proactive self-starter and results orientated.
- Embraces change and enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Commercial mindset and the ability influence at all levels including non-finance counterparts in a leadership capacity.
- A hands-on attitude, a willingness to learn and an appetite to continually develop.

**Finance Business Partner Package**:
