Active Care Group is the UK's leading national provider of complex care, we focus on harnessing innovation to raise standards and deliver better outcomes for our staff and people they look after. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a well established Onboarding team.

Purpose of role

Some responsibilities
- This role will work across the full business and will have responsibility for processing onboarding for a range of roles across the Groups.
- Keep in regular contact with Line Managers, keeping them up to date on a new starters onboarding progress.
- Provide accurate and timely updates and reports where required and work proactively to meet all targets and SLAs.
- Carry out general administration tasks for Department, for example; sorting post, telephone answering, and manage the Onboarding team inbox.
- To undertake other activities identified from time to time commensurate with the level of the post, as directed by the Onboarding Manager.
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT and Systems skills would be beneficial
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer focused attitude
- Close attention to detail required
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise as appropriate
- Has a flexible approach and ability to take the initiative
- Experience of working in onboarding previously, preferably in high volume recruitment and in a shared services environment.
- Previous experience of HR Systems would be beneficial
- Experience of working in the health and social care sector ideal
- Experience of working to strict timelines
- Experience of working in a high-volume environment
