Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our client's team near London Bridge. We are looking for someone who is committed, experienced with facilities, and can use their initiative.
**Job Title**:Facilities Coordinator
**Duration**: Temp ongoing
**Pay**: £13-14 an hour
**Hours**: 8am-5pm
**Location**:London Bridge
- Coordinate and set up meeting rooms, ensuring all checks have been completed
- Managing post & deliveries
- Work closely with the team, and ensure all targets are met in a timely manner
- To deliver a professional, effective, and efficient facilities support
- To manage the reception area to ensure high standards are always maintained.
- To provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Facilities Manager
- Some manual handling could be involved with deliveries
- Supporting the office with any facilities-related queries
**Skills & requirements**:
- Reliable and a great team player
- Experience as a facilities assistant/ coordinator required
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- A confident communicator (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer service
- Weekly pay
