Marketing Administrator

Marketing Administrator - Temp - Ringwood - up to £11.50 DOE
A Marketing Administrator is required for our client based in Ringwood on a temporary basis. The main aspect of the role is to provide administrative support, data collection for analysis and other duties as required.
The working hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm.
Main responsibilities:
- Liaise with external mailing houses to efficiently organise and book in site-specific mailings and campaigns.
- Responsible for general stationery orders for regional marketing, items requested by Sales Executives.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely production of all business cards, local information for handover files, and booking of adverts.
- Support with general database management, including monitoring and adding new source codes to the system and running data for mailshot campaigns.
- Regularly monitor and ensure regional website content is up to date.
- Support with raising of Purchase Orders and ensure accurate tracking and recording.
- Assist in producing various reports from the database on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
- Evaluate press cuttings on a monthly basis and maintain regular communication with the press cuttings agency to ensure all publications used by CRL are on their reading list.
- Evaluate weekly visitor figures and recording of enquiries on Weekly Development Report in comparison with the in-house database.
- Pay attention to detail by checking and proof-reading the production of material before it is sent to print.
- Attend monthly departmental meetings.
- Prepare and evaluate a regional completions report.
