Empower Energy is an independent, fast growing and evolving Renewable Energy and Electrical Contracting Company based in Ringwood, Hampshire. We specialise in the bespoke design and installation of Solar PV installations, electrical systems and have built an incredible reputation over the past 10 years. We are seeking a Sales and marketing Support to join our unique, friendly and fast growing office team.

The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work efficiently, a methodical approach and great energy for client communication and team dynamics.

**Role Purpose**

As a Sales and Marketing Support, you will be providing the first contact to our potential clients, provide real time support and analysis, supporting the delivery of the strategy, help to identify growth and development opportunities and new/emerging contracts, following up on in and outbound leads and marketing campaigns. In addition, you will be supporting our Sales Team with administrative and process tasks.

The role is pivotal in order to ensure the smooth running of customer services from new enquiries, through to site surveys, design, installation and support.

**Responsibilities**

Contacting new inquiries

Providing administrative support to the Sales Team

Compiling monthly sales reports

Initiating the Sales process

Raising and processing orders

Assisting in providing quotations within set times

Assisting with queries

Developing and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships

Ensuring pricing lists are up to date

General office administration

Booking site surveys

Assisting with desktop surveys

On site surveys

Digital Marketing

Market the company in new, dynamic ways to generate new leads

Assist to re-write the website

**Skills required**

Proven work experience in a tele-sales and administrative environment

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Experience of using a CRM system

Experience using Microsoft office

Experience of digital marketing

Excellent verbal and written communication

Works comfortably in a fast-paced environment
