We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's largest Independent Insurance Brokers who currently wish to add additional Renewals Account Executives to their Coventry office. You will play a key role ensuring the renewal and retain of all held business and support team colleagues to the same goal and to support management directives. In doing so contribute to the well-being, growth and financial stability of the company and to increase income but motivating and guiding team members.

**What you'll be doing?**
- Overseeing the effective management of client portfolio.
- Review policy coverage at all levels of premiums.
- Research insurance companies’ policies and negotiate with underwriters to provide complete coverage through bespoke policies.
- Review and prepare pitches for new business opportunities understanding their exacting business requirements.
- Advising clients whether and when they need to make a claim on their policies.
- Be able to produce company approved documentation for clients, Insurers and Underwriters at all stages of negotiations.

**What you'll need to have?**
- Experience of Account Executive role held.
- Additional portfolio or existing relationships with insurers is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of Policy law and insurance proceedure.
- Exposure to a consultative role where renewals have been sales driven.
