Senior Carer

Apex Prime Care requires a Senior Carer based in our Farnborough area, you must be a dedicated, professional individual who is committed to ensuring good, quality care is delivered and you must be able to cope under pressure within a busy environment.
The senior role is part-time but there is the opportunity to top your hours to full time by providing care to the community.
A full driving license and use of your own car are essential. You must have experience in domiciliary care and a completed a level 2 and working towards level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Apex Prime Care is the leading provider of private care in Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset and East Sussex. We offer leading rates of pay, a comprehensive training programme and extensive support when working out in the community.
Your role as a senior carer will include:
Promoting care staff personal development,
Carer spot checks and medication competency checks
Undertaking new service user assessments and developing their personalised care plan
Service user reviews
Supporting the care coordinators when required
Auditing of medication
On call duties when required (includes additional payment)
