£26,000 - £30,000 a year + bonus scheme
Full-time | Permanent
£250 welcome bonus

We are a family-owned home care provider, a franchise of Home Instead. Since 2010 we have been providing outstanding and relationship-led care within our local community. We have been rated as a ‘5-star employer’ by WorkBuzz, demonstrating the quality of support we provide our employees. We are looking to grow our amazing team as we have just acquired our neighbouring Home Instead office in Bagshot.

This job will be ideal for anyone with experience of supervising care in health or social care setting.

**The role**

As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play an important role to make sure our Care Professionals and clients are supported. Each of our Care Coordinators is responsible for small group of clients and Care Professionals so strong relationships can be developed. The role is partly in the office and partly in the field visiting clients, next of kin and Care Professionals. Here are some of the responsibilities of the role;
- You’ll support new clients as they join Home Instead. As their needs change you will make sure the provided care is suitable and meets their requirements and desired outcomes
- You will support Care Professionals after their training and as they begin their role with Home Instead to make sure they are supported. With new Care Professionals you will assist with mentoring and learning through helping them achieving their Care Certificates and beyond
- You’ll be one of our valued on-call officers, taking part in our rota of Care Coordinators, dealing with issues outside of office hours when on duty

**You will be successful if**
- You have already worked in a management role within a home care environment or have significant relevant experience
- You have experience as a home carer
- You’re a driver with your own vehicle
- You’re willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us) and provide two personal and two professional references
