Higher Education Learning Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Higher Education Learning Coordinator to join our team at Farnborough College of Technology. As a Higher Education Learning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education to our students. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Vice Principal for Higher Education to implement support strategies, monitor attendance, and identify learners who require additional support.

You will also be responsible for creating programs to enhance student experience and outcomes, including peer mentorship, work experience, and progression opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Higher Education, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of Disabled Student Allowances.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy free parking, access to an on-site gym, and flexible working hours.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicate complex ideas simply, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality education.
