Fleet Education Services Ltd is a leading provider of tailored tuition programs for UK schools and local authorities. We are seeking an experienced Education Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality education services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and have a deep understanding of the education sector.

As an Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with senior leaders, case workers, and other stakeholders to structure tuition programmes that meet client requirements.

You will also be expected to match tutors with learners, develop rapport with key stakeholders, and upsell tutoring services to promote business growth.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,846 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus after completion of your probation period.

In addition to a generous holiday entitlement and flexible working arrangements, you will also have access to training materials and support from experienced education sector experts.
