Lead Engineering Programme Success
We are looking for a Programme Management Professional to lead the delivery of complex engineering programmes from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of programme plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute programme plans to meet customer requirements and company objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programme delivery meets required standards and customer expectations
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering programme management
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
- Bonus scheme
