Lead Data Centre Projects and Drive Business Growth

We are recruiting a Data Centre Programme Director to lead teams in the safe delivery of projects and drive business growth through effective relationships and innovative solutions. As a key member of our Data Centre Solutions team, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects adhere to commercial agreements/contracts, comply with statutory regulations, are QHSE compliant, and meet technical industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong project experience in the data centre industry, proven experience of selling and pitching for new project work, and demonstrated evidence of team management. You will also need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to inspire confidence, and have a high degree of integrity.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £90,000-£110,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, life insurance, and a generous holiday allowance.

As a Data Centre Programme Director at CBRE, you will have the opportunity to develop effective relationships with current and potential customers, deliver supportive business communication through advice, review, leadership, and contributions to management team meetings, and generate and secure new sales to exceed the annual financial plan.
