Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Farnborough, working closely with HSE & Facilities Manager to support core business, improve processes, and maintain a suitable working environment for all employees.

  • Work hands-on (80%) and in the office (20%) as part of the Facilities team, ensuring all site equipment is serviced and maintained according to current legislation and high health and safety standards.
  • Oversee planned and preventative maintenance, ensuring it is completed in a timely manner and meets statutory compliance standards.
  • Prioritise and action repairs within agreed timescales, maintaining strong communication with relevant parties regarding progress.
  • Supervise and coordinate contractors and auditors, ensuring all permits are in place prior to any work being undertaken.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience with TPM, work scheduling, and HSE standards, particularly in a production facilities role.
  • Competence in maintenance tasks and good computer skills, including proficiency with Google, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel between sites and flexibility in working hours.
  • Clean driving licence is required.
