Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at VistaJet.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all operational aspects of logistics and ground services for each flight, ensuring smooth communication with partner AOCs, Sales and Client Services.

This role is ideal for individuals with in-depth knowledge of the Business Aviation environment, preferably in Ground Operations, Flight Dispatch, or Flight Planning.

The Aviation Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating Global View platform, arranging Ground Handling services, airport slots, and fuel for all flights as required by established procedures.

Liaising with external providers concerning any ground services arrangements or operational requirements, requesting overflight and landing permits, submitting flight, crew and passenger information to customs and border agencies.

This role requires excellent English language skills, enabling clear communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate must maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and deliver punctually even when working under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update Global View platform for smooth communication with partner AOCs, Sales, and Client Services.
  • Arrange Ground Handling services, airport slots, and fuel for all flights according to established procedures.
  • Liaise with external providers regarding ground services arrangements or operational requirements.

Requirements
