Development Coordinator / Administrator
My client is an energy company who seek a talented individual to join their growing company
**Duties of the Role**
- Keeping track of the team’s activities in our Project Management system and working with the team to ensure actions are delivered.
- Ensuring their filing space is kept in good order (including managing the data rooms containing critical project information)
- Chasing consultants for project monthly and management deliverables, invoices etc
- Compiling routine portfolio/ project information to our client(s)
- Researching landowner contact/ general project information
- Speaking with landowners, clients, and consultants to assist the development team in-progress projects
- Representing the company on their stand at trade events - selling what we do to prospective landowner clients
- Generally working as part of a small team to do whatever needs to be done on a day-to-day basis
- Clear, organised and efficient mindset to managing many and varied workstreams.
- High level of competency in MS SharePoint (really know the software).
- Good team worker, able to work with multiple individuals simultaneously whilst managing their priority lists.
- Present every day at their offices in HemelHempstead.
