Our client located in Stretham has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team

**The Role**

To administer the paper trail from order to invoice for the distribution business alongside dealing with customer enquiries and issues, providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the planning and resourcing of all vehicle movements to ensure maximum operational efficiency and financial return.
- Communicating with drivers and customers in a clear professional way.
- Providing quotes for customers.
- Completing all relative administrative tasks, ensuring all invoices are the correct value.

The hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stretham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
