Finance Administrator - Ely (hybrid) - £20,00 - £22,000
As a result of company expansion, we are looking for a Finance Administrator to join a thriving business in Ely on a permanent basis. No prior finance experience is required so this would make an ideal first or second job for someone looking for a stablelong-term career.
As Finance Administrator you will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for:
- Saving invoices into the relevant folders
- Maintaining the purchase order system, place orders and match to invoices
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining supplier details
- General administration such as filing and data entry
We are looking for:
- An enthusiastic team player
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Experience using IT such as Microsoft Office
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work
- Ability to work with initiative
Short-term you will gain fantastic exposure to a variety of responsibilities and long-term there is a real opportunity to progress within the company.
