About us:
The Council operates two fully serviced business centres for small and growing businesses within the District of East Cambridgeshire; e-space north, located in Littleport and e-space south, located on the Cambridgeshire Business Park in Ely.

Centre Administrator - This Role:
As Centre Administrator for e-space you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the building. Duties will include opening and closing the premises, visiting espace south to collect and sort the post, dealing with incoming telephone calls and mail and acting as the first point of call for visitors, contractors, and tenants.

The role also includes marketing and promoting the business centres and advising prospective tenants of the availability of units and services within the centre. You will also help with administration for the wider economic development team. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining databases and records and providing cover, as and when required for the Centre Manager.

Hours to be worked Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

Centre Administrator - You:

- You will need to have 2 GCSEs (A-C in English and Maths)
- Possess strong communication, administrative, and organisational skills
- Be able to demonstrate recent relevant experience within a customer service environment
- A full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
