This exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates and Facilities Department for a Building Supervisor (Community) to join our busy Estates Services team to support to the UHL retained estates, including Lewisham Hospital and Community Sites.

Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust is looking for people who have the expertise, skills, and enthusiasm along with the right values to support and maintain critical healthcare facilities in our community to help us deliver environments that promote the health, safety, and welfare of staff and patients.

Supporting the Operational Estates team with a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks.

Manage, maintain and assist in the development of various CAFM systems including Planet FM, Micad IPR, and ZetaSafe, to support maintenance operations, e.g., creating and maintaining asset records, planned preventative maintenance tasks and plans.

Act as departmental 'work controller' supporting technical staff with the timely identification of issues and arrangements for the maintenance and repair of the engineering, building fabric, and associated equipment to ensure the safety, security and welfare of staff, visitors, and members of the public.

Deal with telephone queries on behalf of the department, escalating urgent and/or confidential communications to the appropriate person in a timely manner,provide advice to clients on minor Estates matters, act as a point of contact for the team and dealing and responding effectively with complex queries from stakeholders.

Develop and maintain effective electronic and paper filing systems to ensure that information is kept securely and is accessible to all members of the team whilst meeting all statutory, regulatory, and mandatory requirements.

To assist with personnel and operational administrative tasks, such as recording and monitoring of annual leave and sickness, makingbookings/travel arrangements, etc., as required.
