Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional seeking an administrative role in the heart of Glasgow's city centre? Orthodontic Lounge Glasgow, a prestigious orthodontic practice located on Buchanan Street, is looking for an Administrative Dental Administrator to manage essential behind-the-scenes tasks. Dental experience is preferred but not essential; what matters most is your dedication to efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilise your administrative skills to support the smooth functioning of Orthodontic Lounge Glasgow.

Assist with appointment scheduling, optimizing the orthodontist's schedule.

Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation with precision.

Collaborate with the financial team to handle billing and insurance-related tasks.

Handle phone inquiries and provide information about practice procedures.

Maintain an organized office environment, coordinating with the orthodontic team.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all administrative tasks.

Contribute to a positive team culture focused on operational excellence.

Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience in a dental or medical setting is a plus.

Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Effective communication skills for seamless team collaboration.

Familiarity with dental office management tools is advantageous.

While dental experience is preferred, it is not essential for this role.

Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment with efficiency.

Microsoft excel and office experience essential.

Additional Requirement:
Proficiency in writing professional letters, including referral letters to our growing list of referring dentists.
