We are recruiting a financial administrator to join a large financial services company based in Glasgow. Are you looking for a new challenge within a fast-paced environment that offers excellent training and development opportunities? If so, we may have the role for you

**Day-to-day of the role**:

- Supporting your immediate and wider teammates, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Sharing existing and gained knowledge both within and out with your team
- Ensuring all processes, your actions run smoothly, highlighting areas where any improvements can be implemented, and improving the end-to-end customer journey
- Going above and beyond to ensure that a high-quality service is provided

**Experience we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in the financial services industry and ideally working with a wrap platform
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Able to prioritise the high impact work, but never neglect the details
- Excellent communication skills - We need you to be completely comfortable representing our culture and values, with an emphasis on a speedy, friendly style
- Able to anticipate the needs of those you work with, juggling conflicting priorities
- The ability to think laterally and come up with new solutions to old problems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
