**_Part-time: 21 hours per week, potential flexibility on days / hours worked _**

**_Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 Full Time Equivalent (pro-rata £20,000 to £23,000 ) + Bonus + Pension + Other Benefits _**

**Financial Services Administrator’s Core Duties**
- Prepare and issue client valuations
- Ensure clients are correctly aligned with portfolios
- Calculate fund switches
- Calculate CGT liability
- Action all client admin requests
- Research existing investments including plan information and charges
- Manage workload and request updates where necessary
- Draft reports for new business
- Draft reports for DC and investment transfers
- Consolidate all paperwork and send to clients and providers

**Financial Services Administrator’s Skills Required**
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel for calculations
- IO for adding client and plan information)
- Experienced working in Financial Services
- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work independently
