We are working in partnership with a leading Accountancy and Finance Firm in Glasgow, to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

You will provide administrative and technical support to advisors and managers, ensuring the highest level of service to clients.

**What you’ll do**
- Work closely with Financial Advisors and Paraplanners
- Prepare packs and valuation reports for review meetings annually
- Process fund switches, withdrawals, and new business
- Manage daily mail throughout the team/department
- Collate plan and policy information
- Manage all queries from the Tax Department regarding client matters
- Fee and income reconciliation

**What you’ll need**
- **Solid experience in Financial Services**:

- **Systems experience including Intelligent Office (Essential)**:

- Comfortable working as part of a team but also using your own initiative
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- The ability to attain objectives within agreed timescales and budgets
- Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment
- You will be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
