Job description
**Role**: Learning Coach
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week; term time only (39 weeks per year)
**Salary**: £23,400 per annum - £25,400 per annum Full Time Equivalent dependent upon experience, (pro rata salary £20,191.50 per annum - £21,917.27 per annum for term time only)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Start date**: ASAP or April 2024
Glenmoor and Winton Academies are looking to appoint an outstanding and highly motivated individual to join our dedicated and effective SENDCo team and specify in a particular area of additional needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning Coach to join our outstanding schools and be part of England's biggest Multi Academy Trust. This role could suit someone with previous experience working in a school, or alternatively it would be an ideal role for a recent graduate who is looking to explore a career in education or potentially get on the career path to teaching. Furthermore, Glenmoor and Winton Academies offer the opportunity to complete teacher training via ‘United Teaching’. Working as a Learning Coach could count as invaluable experience for this if you are looking to pursue a career in teaching.
