The Role
The purpose of the job will be to provide a comprehensive range of administrative and accounts support to the business.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Book Keeping Using Sage 50 Accounts
- Answering the telephone and liaising with customers and suppliers
- Administrative Support
Skills & Experience
- Previous office-based, administrative experience (2-3 years)
- Accounts, Invoice processing, Bank reconciliation Vat Returns, Month End and Journal entries
- Excellent written English skills and attention to detail
- First rate communicator
- Friendly telephone manner
- Capable of working to deadlines and prioritising workload
- A working knowledge of imports and exports would be an advantage
