**CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR**

NCB Foodservice Ltd is a national supplier of the fresh food categories to catering operators across all sectors in the UK.

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join and strengthen our Leicester based sales and administration team. This is a hands-on, customer facing role working alongside a small admin team. The role is office based, Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.15pm.

**KEY CHALLENGES**

The key to this role will be your ability to balance the requirements and the expectations of our customers whilst communicating these needs effectively to our Supply Partners to produce the required results, often within a short time frame.

**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers by delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure customer orders are and queries are processed and communicated in a timely manner.
- Accurately record all information in the appropriate CRM databases
- Maintain efficient communication of information between Customers, Suppliers and Account Managers.
- Support the Account Managers to resolve queries and provide necessary information.
- Input and production of company marketing material.
- Undertake additional ad hoc office administration related tasks and duties.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You will have a background in Sales Support or Customer Service with at least 2 years’ experience.
- You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a pleasant telephone manner.
- You will have strong Microsoft computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Pro-active self-starter, quick to learn with a can-do attitude.
- Must have the ability to work in a busy environment, work to deadlines and manage expectations of internal and external customers.
- Food industry experience would be desirable to understand the needs of the client.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
