**Lead Account Co-ordinator**

To support the Account Director and wider Account Management Team in delivering exceptional operational performance and customer satisfaction in line with the Account SLA/KPIs. This involves managing a team of three and co-ordinating FM activities including compliance across the Account. This also involves collating information from both internal and external sources, being a point of escalation for the client and Supply Chain and responding to a variety of additional requests to ensure smooth service delivery across the portfolio.

And as an Lead Account Co-ordinator with Bellrock you’ll do it by
- Support the Account Director and wider Account Management Team by ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
- Lead, coach and develop direct reports.
- Develop strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and provide timely responses to requests for help and support.
- Be a point of escalation for the client, suppliers, direct reports and wider team as required.
- Co-ordinate activity to ensure overall compliance target is met and resolve all issues relating to overdue work orders as a priority.
- Ensure that any client complaints regarding service delivery are resolved in a timely manner with root cause analysis carried out and corrective action / process improvements implemented.
- Support the Client Relationship Managers in monitoring the regional performance (outputs), maintaining a regular dialogue with key stakeholders in the client’s business as necessary.
- Co-ordinate the activities of Bellrock departments to ensure that the necessary data/management information is provided to enable the effective monitoring of the Contract.
- Work with the Data Analyst to respond to ad hoc request for reports.
- Monitor and liaise with suppliers to ensure the effective day-to-day delivery of the service and identify and escalate any performance issues to the Supply Chain Manager.
- Monitor and drive timely closure of all PPM, Reactive, Quoted and Remedial Works.
- Resolve any issues relating to supplier debt and action both client and supplier queries.
- Promote the ‘Bellrock’ culture within the business.
- Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably assigned by the Line Manager and which are consistent with the postholders knowledge and skills necessary for the satisfactory completion of business needs

- IT literate - intermediate level in use of Excel - including data manipulation

- Facilities Management (FM) qualification / working towards an FM qualification
