Customer Operations Co-ordinator - 12 month fixed term contract

The role is working in the customer operations team due to an internal career move the role has become available in this global medical company.

The role would suit an individual with excellent customer skills gained in an office environment where you would be managing the day to day processing of customer accounts.

Duties

Order processing, ensure all customer and engineer orders are processed effectively

General pricing enquiries

Required Experience

experience in a customer service/service support environment

Good level of education to a min of GCSE level

Knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical enviroments a benefit but not essential as is a working knowledge of Oracle would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
