**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
We are looking for Support Workers to join our team in West Bridgford, Nottingham. This service supports 13 people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health.
The role involves supporting people to achieve their aspirational goals and to become more independent and make their own choices each day.
There are a range of interests in the house, and we want a team that shares the same hobbies as the people we support. If you enjoy visiting garden centres, doing arts and crafts and watching movies then this might be the role for you.
**Your values**:
We are recruiting for Support Workers to join our team; you do not need experience for this role but you must be willing to work on a rota basis as we provide 24/7 care.
