Compassionate Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate support worker to join our team at the Carefound Group. As a Professional Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to live with well-being in their own homes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing companionship and building meaningful relationships
  • Supporting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Assisting with mobility and staying active through gentle exercises and outdoor activities
  • Helping with medication management and specialist needs
  • Assisting with household chores, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Running errands, including shopping and picking up prescriptions

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £13.20 per hour, paid travel time, and a mileage allowance of 45p per mile. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including a full induction program and support to complete further qualifications.

The ideal candidate will be a caring and empathetic individual with a passion for making a positive difference in people's lives. You will need a full UK driving licence and your own car to ensure you can safely transport clients to appointments and activities.
