A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join my client in the Cannock area. You will be joining a thriving business that has excelled in recent years. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with their franchises and customers.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Deliver a resolution to customers and national account queries- Manage orders through the internal portal and produce all necessary documentation for shipments and deliveries- Gather quantitative and qualitative feedback on products and services- Responsible for building and developing relationships with their franchises and customers**Skills and experience**:

- A minimum of two year’s experience in an office based, customer service role- Business to business customer experience is an advantage- Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel**Benefits and perks**:
