Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Event Executive to join our team at NASC. The Event Executive will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing various events and conferences related to the access and scaffolding industry both physically and virtually. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for event management, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities will includes:

- Plan and develop strategies for NASC's events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and webinars.
- Oversee all logístical aspects of events to ensure the smooth execution of each event.
- Assist in developing event budgets,
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure services meet NASC's standards and requirements.
- Be present on-site during events to oversee setup, manage logistics, troubleshoot issues, and provide assistance to attendees and speakers.
- Ensure that all events comply with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards

Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, maybe in a professional association or conference setting.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £28,600.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 21 per week
