**Private Client Administrator**

**Location: Marlow based with option of hybrid working: 3 days in office/2 days working from home**
**Salary: up to £38,000 pa based on experience**

Are you looking for a new role with the potential to progress?

A well established and respected Chartered Financial Advisory Practice based in Marlow is seeking an experienced Private Client Administrator to support one of their Advisors. This is an interesting and varied role which could lead to progression with relevant support and exams to develop industry knowledge

**The Role: Private Client Administrator**
- Developing and building relationships with clients
- Prepare client meeting packs and valuations
- Chasing new business pipeline transactions ensuring they are completed smoothly and speedily
- Maintenance of client records using Iress (inputting new business, updating client investments, scanning documentation)
- Using relevant software systems including Investment platforms for placing trades and managing client accounts

**About you: Private Client Administrator**
- Experience of Financial Services Administration is essential.
- You may have worked for an IFA, or an SJP Partner or another Wealth Management related business
- You may have the DipPFS, be working towards it or have relevant experience
- You are highly numerate, have great attention to detail, enjoy finding solutions and exceeding client expectations
- You are very organised and can prioritise effectively
- You enjoy dealing with third parties and have a customer centric approach at all times
- Proficient with Excel, Word and experience with investment platforms
- You are a team player who enjoys working with others
