**About the role**
This is an exceptional opportunity to join our vibrant, rapidly evolving business as.
The role is fast paced, processing high volume invoices with frequent interactions
with the finance team.
We are looking for a dynamic and conscientious person to join our busy office
team, based at Halifax.
Invoicing of insurance claim vehicle repairs, checking we have the correct
documentation to enable accurate invoicing. Motor Trade experience is preferable
but not required. You will need to have good computer skills, but training will be
provided for our in house systems.
**Key responsibilities**
- Process all supplier invoices, ensuring they meet the requirements of the
authorisation, and they are addressed correctly
- Log and resolve invoice queries in a timely manner,
- Manage the daily upload into SAGE
- Download cash from bank, upload into SAGE and allocate accurately.
- Work closely with other Finance Teams to understand the effect of the
Invoicing role and its impact on these areas within the business
- Work independently and as part of a team. You will develop productive
relationships both internally and externally in order to achieve goals and
objectives.
- Cover any transactional finance tasks within the team where required.
**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in service administration
- Accuracy dealing with data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Good customer service skills with basic technical understanding
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and will thrive on working to deadlines.
- IT literate.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise.
