We are seeking an aspiring Financial Services Administrator to join our team, working closely with a group of experienced Paraplanners and Financial Planners to deliver exceptional administrative support.

About the Role
  • Process various transactions, including transfers, top-ups, withdrawals, income, contributions, fund switches, and protection in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Utilize knowledge of 3rd party providers' platforms and processing times to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage individual workload using a personal diary system on Client Management to guarantee timely task completion.
  • Investigate and resolve client/consultant queries.
  • Handle post relating to new business cases.
  • Deal with client/provider inquiries over the phone and via email.
  • Maintain client records on back-office systems.
  • Cover receptionist duties, including handling post, phone calls, greeting clients, and interacting with third-party suppliers.
Requirements
  • Prior industry-related experience and a genuine interest in pursuing industry-related exams or certifications, such as the Level 4 Diploma.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain internal compliance procedures and 3rd party provider requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment.
