Operations & Finance Assistant

Job Summary:
RSM Environmental are looking for an Operations & Finance Assistant to join their rapidly growing team. RSM are a company specialising in fuel delivery, environmental services & drainage services, delivering to both private & public sector customers Nationwide. RSM are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Finance Assistant to join their team within a young & dynamic company with aggressive growth strategies & progression opportunities.
**Responsibilities & requirements**:
Support the daily operations of the company, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
Process engineer job reports & job sheets for customer submission
Confirmation of delivery totals and preparing customer accounts for invoicing
Ensuring engineers diaries are populated & responsible for booking hotel rooms / overnight arrangements etc.
Assist in financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and processing purchase orders
Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Provide general administrative support to the operations and finance teams
