**The Vacancy**

The Wellbeing, Inclusion & Benefits Associate role is a key position within our HR team. As the primary point of contact for employee queries related to benefits and wellbeing, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of these initiatives within our fast-growing organisation.

**What will you be doing?**

As a Wellbeing, Inclusion & Benefits Associate in this team, your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Creating wellbeing content for internal communications, including the intranet and newsletters.
- Analysing data for WD&I reporting to senior leaders.
- Co-facilitating wellbeing webinars aligned with the IRIS global inclusion calendar.
- Monitoring and responding to inquiries in the Wellbeing, Belonging & Green Group inboxes promptly.
- Supporting IRIS Affinity groups, fostering relationships between representatives and the Wellbeing team.
- Developing and coordinating wellbeing activities.
- Assisting in delivering and monitoring the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) program.
- Serving as the initial point of contact for benefits queries in the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely responses or escalations.
- Conducting regular benefits presentations to keep employees informed about our offerings.
- Aiding in processing benefits for payroll, ensuring accurate and timely monthly uploads.
- Maintaining and updating all benefits communications, including PowerPoint presentations and intranet pages.
- Keeping an accurate record of benefits information, policies, renewal documents, contacts, and logins on HR SharePoint.
- Raising Purchase Orders for timely and accurate payment of benefits invoices.
- Providing administrative support for the annual renewal of benefits across the UK.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to utilise advanced features like PivotTables and VLOOKUP function.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Creative design expertise for wellness and benefits communication.
- Strong organisational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, with a focus on discretion and confidentiality.
- Confident and effective presenter for all levels of employees.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Quick learner and adaptable to new IT systems.
