As Operations Manager you will be reporting directly to the Site Manager and be responsible in the day to day running of the site in Hounslow. The site consists of a team of 100+ heads reporting into you with a management support team of 7 to assist in thesmooth running of the operation

Page Personnel have partnered with a leader in the Parcel industry who are now looking to add a highly talented Operations Manager to their team at their Hounslow site

**Description**

As Operations Manager you will be reporting into the Site Manager and can expect to have the following responsibilities:

- To oversee the day to day running of the site and ensure service levels are achieved.
- Continual review of site performance and ensuring costs are maintained at agreed level.
- To plan for workforce requirements and appropriate resources are made available in line with seasonal changes
- Conduct employee reviews to ensure employee performance is well managed
- Comply with Company guidelines in relation to timekeeping, attendance, work performance, appearance.

**Profile**
- Previous experience within a Parcels environment is highly desired
- Previous experience within a Logistics environment is essential
- Experience with statistical analysis and data processing
- Experience leading large teams of 100+ is highly desired
