Be Personnel are pleased to announce a new vacancy for a Sales Coordinator with our client, a family-owned business producing bespoke packaging products based in Aberdeen City. Established in 1979, they provide timber crating and custom packing solutions to the North Sea & International Oil & Gas, Subsea and Freight Forwarding industries. A large portion of their business involves the manufacture of Bespoke Flight Cases & Timber Products and they are looking to strengthen their team with the recruitment of a Sales Administrator.

**The role:
- Supporting the sales team with administration with close interaction with customers and other employees.
- Preparing customer quotations for projects & tenders.
- Updating Weekly sales reporting via excel
- Occasional Liaising with suppliers / manufacturers, re-pricing and sourcing

**The requirements**:

- Must have previous experience in an administrative role
- Pay great attention to detail
- Possess excellent IT skills including word and excel
- Excellent communication skills.

**The benefits**:

- This is a Sales Administrator role with the plan to be trained up to a Sales Role in the coming years
- Salaried position from £21,673- £23,000 per annum depending on experience, with a probation period of 6 months.
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4.30pm, no weekend work
- This position is mainly office based in Head Office in Torry Aberdeen, with weekly online teams meetings.
