Join us as an Executive Support Officer and make a pivotal impact in our Marketing & Fundraising Directorate As the right-hand person in our Directorate Management Team (DMT), you'll provide seamless support, managing diaries and collaborating with the DMT and Chief Supporter Officer (CSO) to address queries. **What will a day in the life of the Executive Support Officer entail? You'll**:

- Deliver high-quality administrative and business support in a fast-paced environment resolving and queries directed to the Directors and the CSO professionally and efficiently.
- Reconcile expenses, raise purchase orders, and approve leave requests on behalf of the Directors and CSO. Proactively managing diaries and logistics.
- Act as a central point of contact for the Directorate, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Handle a high volume of work, prioritising and managing requests effectively.
- Build and maintain rapport with the Directorate Management Team and work closely with them to provide guidance.

**To be a successful **Executive Support Officer**, you’ll**:

- Proven excellence in assisting senior executives, encompassing business support, diary and inbox management.
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills, proactively managing both personal and supported schedules.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including drafting and coordinating briefings, presentations, and reports.
- Demonstrated people skills with tact, diplomacy, and a assurance to upholding confidentiality.
- Collaborative team player, accustomed to working with high levels of delegated authority, autonomy, and confidentiality.
