We are looking for someone who can provide a positive experience to Senior Leaders within a hospital environment with a proven track record of holding a similar position, preferably at senior management level. You will have exceptional organisation skillsand can carry out administrative duties to the highest standards.

**JOB ROLE**:

- Booking in meetings and supporting Senior Management Team with meeting preparation
- Preparing board reports
- Attend meeting and take minutes
- Audio typing
- Providing general secretarial and office support when required

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- Computer literacy: A good working knowledge of word processing is essential and Microsoft Office packages
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels offering support and advice where needed
- Excellent organisational skills; the ability to manage time well; prioritise workload and the ability to work to deadlines
- A positive and enthusiastic outlook to your work
