The Improvement Team’s work includes engaging, encouraging and inspiring people inside and outside the organisation in improvement, helping people build and also use improvement skills, ensuring there is support for those undertaking improvement and overseeing continuous improvement through a mixture of QI and the use of QI tools.

**Duties may include but are not limited to**:

- Supporting the Quality Improvement Team with day to day diary management including compilation, coordination and prioritisation of appointments.
- To support projects which are included within the Quality Improvement Team’s portfolio of work.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Improvement team including diary management, meeting co-ordination, project support and co-ordination of training delivered by the team.
- Organise and arrange meetings, live stream events, training days and events on behalf of the Quality Improvement Team.
- Collate and prepare information, documentation and correspondence, on behalf of the Quality Improvement Team, for a range of audiences both internally and externally

The post holder will work in close partnership with managers, nursing and medical staff and other healthcare professionals and will be required to communicate effectively and efficiently.
