Sourcing Administrator

This role would suit dynamic individual, working within a fast paced, operational environment. It involves diverse range of tasks from supporting flow into our key manufacturing location for Robotic lawnmower production. Support key areas such as relevant project support, change management, database management, systematic housekeeping and process development.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
General assistance in day to day operations- Assist with PO/contract release to suppliers- Price changes and maintenance on system- Invoice queries and alignment with Accounts Payable- General housekeeping- Supplier alignment on local consumables- System support, transactions in ERP system- Cross functional alignment with local stakeholders- NPD coordination and support
Additional Skills/Qualifications Required
- Excellent planning and organizational skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently- Excellent IT skills, especially within Microsoft Office.- General Supply Chain Management experience would be beneficial but not essential
