What are we looking for?
- Team player who is keen and quick to learn procedures and to support team members.
- Friendly and welcoming team member who is keen to help and support patients and visitors with their requirements.
- Excellent forward planning and organisational skills and ability to multi-task on a daily basis across teams.
- Ability to work on own initiative and have a flexible attitude to support the clinical admin team and volunteers on a daily basis.
- Someone who pays attention to detail and able to produce accurate work, sometimes to tight deadlines.
- Duties include:

- To provide an efficient telephone and reception service using SystmOne to assist patients with appointment enquiries.
- Day to day support and training of volunteers including managing rotas.
- As directed by the Clinical Admin Team Manager, assist the team with admin duties using SystmOne, MS Word, Excel, Outlook as appropriate.
- To assist in facilitating good communications between patients and families, all members of the St Helena multi-disciplinary team and other agencies.
- To ensure that tasks are performed to a high standard and meet necessary targets.
- To participate within the team providing cover as required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8,149.00 per year
